This is a worthwhile project. Perhaps some day, after the past has been faced and reconciled with the present, Dachau can be remembered as the nice Bavarian town it is now; as it was for generations before the Nazi government came to power.
I wrote of Dachau in my 7th grade year of school. may Mengele and Hilter burn in hell.
I HAVE BEEN TO THIS SITE IN PERSON, IT WAS AMAZING TO HAVE STEPPED ON SACRED GROUND AS THIS,
To honour the dead, their memeory must be kept alive in the living. I always try to do this .

Thank you for the information you have provided. I visited Dachau Concentration Camp in 1994. It was very sobering. I was looking through my pictures and looking for more information as my son's class is studying the Holocaust. I will recommend your site to his teacher. Thank you again.
I have learnt a lot about Dachau in this web site. It have been really horrorfing howhmans can destroy humans. I like to visit Germany one day and see with my own eyes this camp.
A very informative site! It helped me with my work on a piece I am composing that associates Bush administration officials with their respective original-Nazi counterparts. Thank you so much for the English-translation engine.

I started reading your site because of a Language Arts report i have to do on the Nazi concentration camps during world war two and i really enjoyed reading it.
i think it is a good thing to learn about anne frank and all her and her family went threw when they were in hidding for 2 years. i would like to more about anne frank and all different kinds of thinks. i think it is sweet how anne likes petter and gives him a kiss before they leave and the police find them. i would like to buy the book.
this webiste really helped me on my language arts project, and gave an in-depth view of how terrible life was in Dachau and the cruelty prisoners experienced. Thank you. ( Sarge Popo is an alias; I do not want to submit my real name.)
Your site is ausome! Im sorry I have no e-mail
I really like the website. This is very hard to be able to watch and hear abut this on movies and in books. But i really think that this is a good way becuse we can teach the future that what happened to the jews we will make sure that it never happens again.
This is an awesome site. I used It for my school work. Thanx

Very important this page! It is very sad what happened in Dachau and also in others concentration camps, but is very important to never forget - in order do don't repeat this terrible experience. I live in Germany, but I am Brazilian, and at moment I write an article about Dachau to my website. Best regards, Verinha http://www.verinha.de/
RESPEKT VOR DEN TOTEN
I was in Munich in 2000 and I chose not to visit Dachau, which I now regret. However, your site has given me the opportunity to 'visit'. Thank you for informing the world
hope to visit one day
Its beyond words
Tolle Seite. Weiter so! Liebe Grüsse Hans-Peter Barg
May I bless the souls that died for no cause other than very crazy people. Why children, handicap, etc. It all comes to greed that the NAzi's had for others homes and possesion. Have you ever been without food for long period of time? Have you ever had to hide with no food /sanitary / fresh air? may God Be With The World Today. May people learn to be happy with the things they have. Shalom
This is still so sad and painfull. However the education of such a cataststrophy must be continued. It can never ever start to orginate again.
hey...I need info about thin camp b/c i'm doing a essay about this for "Mrs. Toad" and it's due tus.!!! PLZ HELP! P.S. Go LEMS!!!!!
Hallo!
I went to Dachau a year and a half ago and its image has haunted me ever since. I have always heard about the atrocities but you dont understand the horror until you visit a camp. I am greatful for that oppertunity because it has opened my eyes to what life really is and what it means. God Bless the ex-prisoners and thier families. I will never forget.
My grandfather Itzcak Visgardisky escaped from this hell in the early days of april 44-45. He was the ma who drove the little train in and out of this jailk of death daily bringing supplies in.
This helped me alot becuose i had to do a school project on this theme
I have heard of many ppl who have lost there lives in concentration camps. But I was never so moved then the summer of 2003 when I got to see first hand how they lived. As you walk around Dachau you feel sadden from all the pain that still lives there. I hope that my child will never have to see anything like that happen.
My grandfather was one of the American soldiers who invaded Dachau. He never talked about it while he was alive. IT was only at his funeral that I learned of it. I wish I had known so that I could have talked to him about it while he was alive. I cannot imagine... I guess he never spoke of it because it was so shocking for him
this site rules keep it up and i'll be back. take care.
El dolor no terminara mientras sigan sufriendo millones, Dachau no a terminado
